The Holy Ramen Empire is a republic that elects a Emperor. The Emperor acts as the leader of the Holy Ramen Empires military force and enforces the laws of the Holy Ramen Empire. However the Laws are created by their Senate, which is made up of 2001 of the most elderly people in the nation. Ironicly enough the senate is made up of 70 % women.
