Ringlet curl girl (縦ロール Tate Rōru?, lit. "Ringlet Curls") also known as Drill hair girl is an (as of yet) unnamed character from the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun sidestory. She is a 3rd year student of Tokiwadai Middle School, and is a prominent member of Shokuhou Misaki's clique.
