Thom was a terran who followed anti-Dominion rebel/terrorist Cliff Nadaner. A few years after the Brood War, he married fellow rebel Joan. His matrimony was cut short, however, as while on Tyrador VIII, he and the rest of Nadaner's band were killed by a Dominion ghost.
