Nurse Cutler was the nurse House found out was having an affair with Dr. Ayersman in the Season 2 episode The Mistake. She was an unseen character. House was at a Christmas party when he saw Nurse Cutler bring Dr. Ayersman something to eat and he noted that Ayersman didn't thank her. He realized that this indicated an intimate relationship and used this information to blackmail Dr. Ayersman into performing a liver transplant on Kayla McGinley. Later, House told Mrs. Ayersman about the affair anyway.
