She was planning on doing that when she was in Hueco Mundo, but now that Aizen has "merged" with it, she might not be able to anymore both due to the merge & the fact that she does not have access to it. Not only that, but based on what Aizen said it's the very thing that gave Inoue her powers in the first place. It seems rather implausible (at least in my opinion) that she could "reverse" the hougyoku.
