Finian Karel was a corporal with the Provost's Guard in Corus. He was assigned to Evening Watch in Jane Street kennel. Normally he roamed through his guard-district during the watch to make sure all patrols and cage wagons were where they ought to be. Corporal Karel only makes a minor appearance in Bloodhound, when he isn't out roaming during the watch but stands in for Ahuda at the desk while she is in a meeting concerning the false coins.
