In the morning of October 1954, colonist Carmelo Papottoat was inspecting some equipments of his Italian agriculturist company, located in Tripoli, Libya. When approaching to a metallic stairway, in a recently cultivated area, he noticed that something was noiselessly descending from the sky. While all of the beings were somewhat very busy, Papotto took the chance to observe the interior of the object. There were some chairs, some tables and a radio device operated by a being wearing a cap with several electric wires.
