Takuto.Design was a manufacturer based in China, owned by Yicheng Luo and supported by Alex Li. They specializing in limited production, high-end aluminum yo-yos developed for fast 1A play. The first production model, the Hurricane, made a huge boom in mainland China since the retail price was affordable by many yo-yo players and its high performance. After the release of the L2, it has since became defunct.
