Fizz Lighter is a goblin mage trainer first encountered at the KTC Headquarters[[:File:|[, ]]] in Kezan. He can later be found at multiple locations within the Lost Isles and finally at his final home at Bilgewater Harbor[[:File:|[, ]]] in Azshara.
