Tinto is the capital of the Tinto Republic, it is a popular mining town. Eventually, Neclord takes over the town with his hordes of zombies. He had planned to create his own kingdom of Zombies, in the mountains of the Tinto Republic. His plans were foiled by Riou, Viktor and company.
