The Wychall Farm Estate was a council estate centred around Chaddesley Road in the Northfield area of Birmingham. The estate was bordered by Wychall Road to the north, The Fairway to the east, West Heath Park to the south and Staple Lodge Road to the west. It was adjacent to the Staple Lodge Road estate. Plans for the estate were approved in 1955 on the site of former recreation grounds. The plans included the construction of two 8 storey tower blocks and four 6 storey blocks. The estate was completed in 1958 by Wates.
