The Gramophone Record is an item used for The Gramophone sidequest in Silent Hill: Downpour. It is an old record that can be found on the dresser in the bedroom of an apartment on Brite Street. It must be played on the gramophone in the living room of the same apartment. It should be noted that, although the gramophone record may be placed, the gramophone still needs a crank in order to complete the sidequest.
