Dr. Debt (no real name known), was a supervillain who was most likely a devisor. He's used as an example in classes, mostly for the behavior of his long-time adversary, the Flying Bulldozer. The villain, on the other hand, wore a pinstripe suit in midnight blue, and carried an accompanying top hat and briefcase.
