"A Mother's Eyes" was a song written and composed by Jira Zaffrod, which she debuted at her 153 ABY concert at the Samayus Palace of Opera. Written as a narrative, the song was told from the perspective of a young girl who could see praise in her mother's eyes when she did well, comfort when she was afraid, encouragement when she was excited, reassurance when she despaired, tenderness when she was alone and sad, and love at all times. It went on to the narrator's perspective as a grown woman with a child of her own, hoping that her daughter could see in her even a fraction of what she saw in her mother's eyes.
