It serves to combine the legal interests of several companies: Limelight International Media Entertainment , a production company headed by Grant Bradley, Dale Bradley and Pam Collis, three of the key production personnel for the series; Stewart and Wall Entertainment, the production company of producers Penny Wall and Richard Stewart; and K9 Films, the intellectual properties holding company established by series creators Bob Baker and Paul Tams in the late 1990s. Though Metal Mutt is the central production entity for K9, it shares copyright on the programme with several other entities.
