Art and Decoration a.k.a Art n Dee(R10D) is one of the biggest student departments in the Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences=Birla_Institute_of_Technology_and_Science,Pilani.The department is involved in constructing huge structures,backdrops and panels for the cultural festival OASIS=Oasis_%28culfest%29 and the technical festival APOGEE.
