Its description reads: LEGO Racers Challenge Beta Tester Badge for outstanding assistance to the Racers Team! A few members that were Rank 3 or above received a message from Pedalman Wheelie asking them to participate in a Beta testing for the new LEGO Racers Challenge. The Game was officially released on September 30th, 2009, according to the LEGO Message Boards.
