ViroAnubismon is a Ghost Digimon. It's name comes from Virus and Anubismon. It is the end result of an Anubismon becoming infected with a powerful virus that originated from the dark ocean. The virus corroded away much of Anubismon's coding, causing it to go rampant, among other things. It now has a very simplistic nature, only moving so that it can continue its' path of destruction across the Digital world. In addition to degenerating ViroAnubismon's mind, the virus appears to have weakened it below the level of average Mega-class digimon, making it possible for ultimate or even highly powerful champion-level digimon to clash against it.
