Marcus Christopherson appeared on Coronation Street as Shane Lawrence, a member of the boisterous stag party who held celebrations in the Rovers in April 2016. Graduating from ALRA North in 2015 with an MA in Professional Acting, he made his television debut in this role. His other appearances include stage productions of A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Echo Funnel, A Taste of Honey, Three Sisters, Hamlet, The Funfair, Earthquakes in London and Jack the Lad.
