Lining is optional. Ruffle of wide lace edging may be included in neck facing seam and sewn to sleeves. Narrow flat lace edging may be included in neck facing seam and sewn to sleeves and lower edge of dress. Dress may have scalloped bias collar and cuffs and applied bias bow of contrast fabric, or may have sheer sleeves. Untrimmed dress may be made in regular or above-knee length. All sleeves, except with wide lace ruffles, have openings closed with buttons and loops. Proportioned stocking pattern is for sizes 8 1/2-11 1/2.
