After Megatron sabotaged the Autobots' recharging chamber and turned them all evil, Sparkplug slapped together an attitude exchanger. With Jazz's help, he was able to use it to return Bluestreak to normal. The three Autobots soon tracked down Ratchet and Hound, whom Megatron had sent after Doctor Harding, and restored the pair to good. The rest of the Autobots were busy wrecking planes, at least until they were restored to good with the remainder of the attitude exchangers.
