Lotus Blackpool was an investigative agent within PRISM for the Caspian Democratic Union. She was known for being rather silver-tongued and a bit of a spitfire, especially in the heady days of Caspia's new government and the obvious growing pains. In seclusion, she gave birth to the child and left Caspia, never to be seen again.
