Habilidad Company was a mercenary organization founded by the Habilidad brothers, Dyan and Kyrieus in 5 ABY. After six years of prosperous operation, Dyan, who managed the company's affairs, made motions to retire from the operation, much to the displeasure of Kyrieus who, in contrast, sought to expand their operation at the time. Their disagreement culminated in the duel on Phaeda after which Kyrieus struck out on his own to rescue Hanava Otamin. The duo rejoined for a brief period during Hanava's rescue the same year. Dyan subsequently retired after losing an eye and Kyrieus was left to operate the business alone.
