Min Ho Kwon is a man who appeared in A Man Walks into a Bar (episode) and who was later revealed to be a North Korean spy due to the fact that he was sending photos of the weapons system in the ship via encoded signals in emails to North Korea at the time of the murder. As such, Kown was eventually arrested and presumably imprisoned for espionage.
