The PLC operates primarly Soviet technology, its mainstay Arm Slave (as seen in Hong Kong and Nanjing) are the Rk-92 Savage and its soldiers use what appear to be AKs. Standard soldier attire is of a pale green hue, and in fact appears to be similar to the real world Mao Suit.
