Gym Badges are items collected throughout Roria by defeating Gym Leaders. All Gym Badges increase the maximum level where Pokémon traded in, known as "Outsider Pokémon", obey the player by 10. Most Gym Badges also unlock abilities to use HMs outside of battles.
