Lyle K. Parsons was an Executive Director of the Special Research Projects Administration (SRPA). On July 13th, 1951 he ordered Major Richard Blake in reclaiming all surviving test subjects of Project Abraham in order for a thorough analysis of every injection given to these men in the wake of Jordan Shepherd's mutation. In which Parsons ruled that SRPA cannot prove that the threat of further transformation is contained, they will be forced to liquidate the remaining Project Abraham subjects including active Sentinels. Furthermore, after learning about the survival of Sergeant Nathan Hale, Parsons placed a top priority for his reclamation due to receiving the same inoculation as Jordan Shepherd.
