Kafu was an eta who joined the kolat under the service of Moshi Shanegon, Master Coin. Kafu tortured in Still Water Cove those who were kidnapped by the conspiracy to learn any information they had. In 1159 Bayushi Tameyoshi, an agent of the Shadowed Tower conspiracy, endured the eta efforts. Tameyoshi was released after Master Steel decided to use the Scorpion as their link with the Tower.
