Deliana is located in the High Seat in the Great Forge, in the dwarven city of Ironforge. Behind her is the passage to Assembly of Thanes. She currently is awaiting an audience with the Council of Three Hammers (previously King Magni Bronzebeard). Before Patch 4.0.3, she started the quest chain to upgrade the Dungeon 1 set.
