Libby "Liberator" Hall is a non-canon character that made her only appearance in Mortal Kombat novel. She is presumed to be a Black Dragon member, and she had once worked with Kano. Their assignment was to kidnap a Bolivian newspaperman who was onto a story about a local money-laundering scheme in La Paz. When Kano tried to stiff her by splitting the payola 60/40, she almost gouged out Kano's only remaining eye.
