Sheckin Lads was originally founded for the East Hills laborers who worked in the local Jamal Hustróva Quarry. It was financed by owner of the quarry, Jamal Hustróva I. Hustróva wished to have more solidarity amongst his workers, and thought he could realize that by creating more fun leasure activities for his employees. In the late 70s, a youth section was added by East Hills chairman Jamal Hustróva II.
