Giliath Osborne (ギリアス・オズボーン, giriasu ozuboon), also known as the Blood and Iron Chancellor (鉄血宰相, tekketsu saishou), is the reigning chancellor of Erebonia. He is in direct command of all armed units of the Imperial army. Born a commoner, he received the social rank of count as he assumed office as chancellor in S.1193.
