Arim Meensa was an Imperial V-wing starfighter pilot who held the rank of Wing Leader in 14 BBY. He and his pilots were loyal to Colonel Belkor Dray, who governed Ryloth on behalf of Moff Delian Mors. During the Mission to Ryloth, Belkor misled Meensa and his comrades into believing that Mors was part of a conspiracy to assassinate Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader. Mors managed to sway Meensa and convince him of Belkor's treachery. He and his fellow pilots then helped Mors to locate the two Sith Lords and destroyed Belkor's recon craft, killing the renegade officer.
