Crewman Spinshaft is a member of the Purple Princess, the zeppelin that runs between Brill and Grom'gol Base Camp. She's usually running around fixing things and doesn't have to to fix anything of yours, she suggests using the Vendo-O-Matic. Which technically is called the Vendo-O-Tron, not matic.
