Tomokazu Abe is a sound programmer at Nintendo, having joined in 2005. Much of his work in Nintendo's games has been as a sound programmer or support. He created voice data for Metroid Prime: Federation Force. It is likely that Abe is responsible for the Messaging system's dialogue and phrases, as these are the only spoken phrases in the game.
