In the arena, one could get a gold coin for each head they severed, and it is where Kókalo and Hema fought for their lives until their recruitment by Ares. Its location is unknown, but it's most likely somewhere in Greece (judging by Hema and Kókalo's names), Rome or an affiliated area.
