The 1931-32 Tatra Cup was the third edition of the tournament. It was also known as the Pohár Palace sanatoria dr. Szontagha. The tournament was played in Novy Smokovec from January 2-6, 1932. It was won by LTC Praha, who defeated Pötzleindorfer SK in the final game. They won the cup permanently. It was heavily snowing on day two of the tournament, which caused problems at the outdoor rink. It was a frigid -2 degrees out on day three.
