While demonstrating the Voltronic Galaxer before a crowd of scientists and reporters at the Haley Observatory, Professor Haley send out a signal to try to contact alien life. The signal was swiftly answered -— by Megatron, who was standing on the roof of the observatory. Haley attempted to contact the Autobots for assistance, but the signal was inadvertently jammed by a rock concert which Blaster was illegally rebroadcasting.
