The Yudra, also known as Orawa which meant "The Eyes of Awa" in the Kandawan language, was a transcendant Neti and immensely powerful Force vessel that lived on Kandawa. An ancient being born in 22,000 BBY, the Yudra was both a descendant and reincarnation of the Je'daii Master Hago and served the inhabitants of Kandawa for many thousands of years as both a spiritual shepherd and a planetary guardian. In 21 BBY, immediately after the Great Imbalance began, the Yudra was chosen by the Force as the vessel from which its new champion would be conceived.
