Phoenix "Neon" Skylar (formally King Phoenix "Neon" Nightwing) is a legendary Vampiric Royal Court Wizard, and the son of Alucard Nightwing, and former Second King of Simulium. Phoenix is also a Spirit Caster, contracted to a Greater God Spirit, Paku. Phoenix appears in Adventures of Gregory in Part VII as one of the many antagonists.
