The water tiara can be used on the wicked hood, giving the hood two free teleports to the Water Altar, and 100 free water runes every day. This will consume the tiara. Upon completion of the Dealing with Scabaras quest, the player gains the ability to craft an enchanted water tiara. Once charged with water runes, the upgraded tiara functions as a virtually unlimited supply of waterskins, drawing on the power of the stored water runes to protect the player from the desert heat.
