Crystal Shinkle (born August 23, 1991) came to prominence after posting a video on YouTube asking for help. Crystal Shinkle claims that when she was fifteen she was raped by her twenty three year old boyfriend Casey Mundling and that the state attorneys refused to prosecute him. The case was dismissed because Florida state attorney Nicole Pegues believed that because the sex was consensual and because Crystal Shinkle was only one month from the age on consent.
