Hikaru Tsuki (Moon to Shine, ツキヒカル, Tsuki Hikaru) is a member of the Tsuki Clan, and the current Daimyō or King of the Land of the Moon, succeeding his late father. A master of the bow, he is considered a formidable man, even among shinobi. A politically strong man as well, he works hand in hand with Kinpa and Maru Kumonosu in order to govern the Land of the Moon, Getsugakure, and their recently conquered allies, the Land of Hot Water, and Yugakure.
