The UCGR12 features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret maple fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include green DiMarzio made IBZ/USA pickups with an F2 humbucker at the bridge and C2 single-coils at the neck and middle positions, an Edge double locking tremolo bridge, a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines. The image on this guitar, entitled "Cosmic Swirl", features a black and white grid floor with a floating eyeball and various planet shapes and colorful swirls in the background. It was handpainted and signed by Dan Lawrence.
