Hebinger (ヘビンガー Hebingā, 45): A white snake monster of Neo Shocker. She could disguise herself as a human and was armed with hair snakes, a snake head for the right arm, and a long tail-like whip for the left arm. Destroyed by Skyrider's Sky Kick.
