[Source] Fagin's Barge is the home of Fagin and his dogs, Dodger, Rita, Francis, Einstein, and Tito. It was to be Oliver's second home too until he was adopted by Jenny Foxworth and brought into her house the next day. The design is based on fishing boats in New York back in the 1980s.
