Tabitha DuPuy was a Manticoran citizen and Hamish Alexander's chief cook in White Haven. After Honor Harrington had become a regular guest at White Haven, DuPuy and her staff took it as a personal challenge to satisfy her genetically modified metabolism's phenomenal need for calories. She was also the creator of Nimitz's favorite dish, rabbit and celery stew. (HH11)
