Tom Hunter was a regulator for the New American Republic under the command of Judge George Ramsey, Hunter was the second-in-command. Hunter went around Oklahoma recruiting towns to join the New American Republic. During the Second Battle for Tunnel-Through, Hunter escaped on a train, only to be hunted down and killed by Joseph Capelli, his leader died shortly afterwards.
