Ljan IF was a sports club in Oslo, Norway. Its ice hockey section played in the Norwegian 1. Divisjon during the 1970-71 season, placing fifth out of eight teams. They played as a combined squad with Lambertseter IF, known as Lambertseter/Ljan, for the following season.
