The Chinese Cleaver is a weapon found in the Born from a Wish scenario from Silent Hill 2. It is wielded by Maria and can be found in Heaven's Night at the beginning of the scenario, the blade jammed into the wood of a counter. The Chinese cleaver is very strong for a melee weapon as it is shown to take down a Mannequin or Lying Figure in about five hits on Hard mode. Each slice with the cleaver temporarily stuns a monster for a brief moment, making successive slices easy.
